[Cancel/Exchange] Canceling an order

The order will be automatically canceled if the payment is not made within 7 days of the order completion. 

If you pay with a card, it may take 3-7 days for the refund to be completed depending on the credit card company. 

We inform you that after 10 days of order, the product you ordered cannot be canceled, refunded, or changed to another product because of a simple change of mind.
