[Shipment] Shipping period

Except for dolls and custom-produced products, it usually takes 1 to 5 days (except holidays) after checking the deposit until ship out.

Sometimes there may be no products due to inventory errors or defective products, but in such cases, we are asking for your understanding by contacting you before shipping. 

In this case, you can exchange or refund it to another product. 

BJD doll production takes about 60 to 90 business days after checking the deposit. If you apply for a makeup option, it will take about 2 to 3 weeks more. (excluding weekends and holidays)     

The delivery period after the shipment varies depending on the country and region. 

Also, if it is returned due to the reason that we have not been able to contact you, we will pay for the return fee, so you have to pay for the shipping cost incurred when the product is shipped again.
