If you have two types among head plate, order number, or certificate of the product you want to exchange, you can request a paid exchange. 

(The head plate refers to the lid on the back of the doll's head) 

Please place a request along with those pictures on the Q&A board.

If you request the repair of the limited doll, depending on the doll type and skin, there is a product that cannot be exchanged for a fee.
