[Product] Reissuance of Product Certificates

The reissue of the product certificate can only be reissued once if the customer can directly verify the purchase record. 

It costs a $10.00(USD) fee for issuance and the delivery fee will be borne by the customer. 

Customer cannot reissue certificates of products that customer have not purchased directly, such as used transactions, transfers, and gifts.

Not available to reissue product certificates for the product certificates for the single head products and the products that do not have certificates originally.

Please note that if you lose the product certificate, you can exchange it for a fee if you have a doll plate or order number.
